About HieluxIf you have bought from one supplier for years, its price has not been tested against other factories. We find the factories that make your product, check each one, and bring you direct quotes on one specification, landed at your port. Then we negotiate. You move to a new factory, or your supplier lowers its price once it sees what others quote. The work and the fee are the same either way.
- The free price check comes first. It shows whether there is a gap.
- Then $4,000 to start, and a share of what you save: 25% in the first year, 10% in the second. The same whether you move to a new factory or stay with your supplier at a lower price.
- Samples, lab tests or an on-site audit are billed to you by the provider.

Common questions
How many factories will I see?
As many as truly fit. The long list behind them is usually two to four times longer.
Do I have to switch supplier?
No. Most buyers use the quotes to bring down the price of the supplier they have. That counts as a saving, and our share is the same.
Will my supplier know you are involved?
Only if you want that. We contact factories under Hielux's name, and nothing changes with your supplier until you decide.
Can you do this for a product you have not worked on?
Yes. The method is the same for any product made in Asia. An unfamiliar product takes longer on the long list, and we say so before we start.
