What we collect
When you send a message or ask for a price check, we receive what you filled in: typically your name, company, work email, phone number, the product, and the price and quantity you gave. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to do the work. We do not show your prices to any factory. There is no mailing list.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which relays the message to our mailbox. The site is hosted by Vercel, which records standard server logs. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. Booking a call uses Calendly, under Calendly's own privacy terms. The booking widget is requested from Calendly when you hover over or touch a call button, before you click, so Calendly's servers see your IP address at that point.
What we do not do
No advertising trackers, no cookies for tracking, no selling or sharing of your details with anyone outside Hielux and the processors above. The site stores no personal data in your browser.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so within a reasonable time. Write to advisory@hieluxmt.com. If you are in the EU or the UK, your GDPR rights apply; if you are in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Act applies.
