Custom work is quoted after you have done a check or a price case with us. Each job has a written deliverable, a price and an end date, agreed before it starts.
The deliverable named in your quote: a new factory brought to a first shipment, your orders run, or an inspection report.

Inspection before a shipment loads
$400 per inspector-day
Available to existing clients. A person in the factory before the shipment loads, on a checklist we write with you. You get a pass or fail against the checklist, with photos, the same day. The partner inspector's day is shown as its own line, at cost; our part is on top. Any client who has done a check or a price case can book one.

Why only after a first job?
Custom work is scoped from what a check or a price case found. The first job is how we learn your product, your supplier and your price.
How is custom work priced?
Per client, before it starts: the deliverable, the price and the end date. Partner costs such as an inspector's day, samples and courier are shown separately, at cost.
Can I book an inspection without a custom project?
Yes, if you have done a check or a price case. Inspections are $400 per inspector-day.
Does any factory pay you?
No. You pay us, and you contract with the factory directly.
